V2 would allow churches to browse equipment, get tailored recommendations based on their documented systems, and purchase directly through CTM. One platform. One partner. Every phase of your technology journey in one place.

How quickly V2 gets built depends entirely on how churches respond to V1. If this platform solves a real problem — and we believe it does — we will keep building.

We are still working through exactly what that threshold looks like and want input from beta participants before we set a number. Our intention is that it is achievable for any church actively purchasing equipment or professional services — not a bar designed to generate revenue from the platform itself.

Yes. CTM allows you to log third party purchases so your full inventory stays accurate regardless of where you bought individual items. For V2 free access, what matters is that your annual spend with CCI meets the minimum — not that every single purchase goes through us.

Yes. CCI is a national integrator with established relationships with the same manufacturers you would find on any major AVL retailer. Our pricing on equipment is competitive. Where we differ is everything that comes with it — the documentation, the consultation, the roadmap, and the ongoing partnership.

We are honest about this: V2 is a vision, not a guarantee. If beta participation does not demonstrate enough demand to justify continued development, V1 may be as far as this goes. What we can promise is that V1 is real, it is useful, and it is free. Any church that joins the beta gets full value from V1 regardless of what happens next.

There is no hard end date on the beta. We will continue operating in beta until we have enough real-world feedback to confidently move toward V1 launch. Beta participants will be notified well in advance of any changes to access terms.
